Accounts Receivable Officer – Part-Time | Blacktown Area | $36.20/hour super | 12-Month Temp The Company Looking for a role close to home with flexibility that still offers challenge and variety? Based in their head office in the Blacktown region, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team that takes pride in what they do. This is a 12-month maternity leave cover, working 5 days per week, 6 hours per day – ideal for someone looking to balance work and life without compromising on a quality role. The Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you'll be a key player in the day-to-day running of the receivables function. Your duties will include, but won’t be limited to: Managing the accounts inbox Processing customer payments and allocations Assisting with month-end banking Supporting the sales team to ensure timely order processing and release Responding to internal and external customer enquiries Preparing and sending customer statements Handling collection calls and follow-up emails Processing credit notes Reconciling aged accounts and following up on outstanding debt The Candidate You’ll be someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys a hands-on role.
