About the role
Renewal SA is seeking a highly organised Secretariat to support internal committees and subgroups. You’ll be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing papers, taking accurate minutes, maintaining action and decision registers, managing follow-ups and meeting documentation to support smooth committee operations.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinatemeetings, agendas, and minutes for committees and subgroups.
* Maintainaction logs and decision registers.
* ManageCorporate Governance Office Inbox
* Prepareand manage confidential documentation, including undertaking research tosupport briefings.
* Supportcontinuous improvement of committee processes and systems in partnershipwith Project Delivery Teams and the Office of the Chief Executive.
* Buildeffective relationships with stakeholders.
* Support a range of administrative tasks and contribute to improvement initiatives.
About you
You’re an experienced administrator or secretariat professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’re confident with Microsoft 365 and information management and enjoy working collaboratively.
