Passionate Pastry Commis Chef wanted with full time hours available.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Larder & Pastry Commis Chef to join our growing kitchen team across our elevated dining venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef looking to further develop their skills within a fast‐paced, creative, and supportive hospitality group.

About Us

Applejack Hospitality currently operates 12 unique and fast‐paced venues across Sydney. Our kitchen teams are mentored and developed by experienced industry leaders who are passionate about training the next generation of chefs.

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
* Previous experience across pastry
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
* Creativity, organisation, and pride in producing high‐quality products
* Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
* A desire to grow within a professional and supportive hospitality group
* Personal development partnerships with Australian educational institutions
* Internal training programs with clear career progression pathways
