We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctum Medical Aesthetics Noosa, in a permanent part time position. Some on site training is provided and pay will be determined based on prior level of training in cosmetic nursing.
Experience in this area is desired but we will consider RNs with no Cosmetic experience but must have a passion for customer service and a willingness to pursue upskill in relevant areas.
COSMETIC NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assessing patients and developing a skin plan to address patient concerns
* Providing treatments to patients in a safe and effective way
* Collaborating with physicians, therapists and administrative team members
* Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families
* Assuring quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards
* Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
* Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations
* Documenting patient care services by charting in patient records
* Maintaining patient confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential
* Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
* Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
* Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies
* Maintaining a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods

* Training in antiwrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP etc
* Laser training
