Description
* Lead and manage complex projects within the Clients Program.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
* Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards throughout project execution.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and milestones.
* Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
Profile
A Successful Senior Project Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in end-to-end project management within non-tech related projects such as; Capability uplift, HRIS, D&I, Leadership
* Proven Stakeholder enablement skills
* Project Management accreditations
* Ability to come at least 3 days to the Geelong office
Job Offer
* FTC contract for 3 years in total (starting at 12 months)
* Salary of 145,000 to 154,000 + superannuation
* Manage multiple non-tech related critical projects
