We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to lead Site Services and Logistics at our Two Wells facility. This is a key senior leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective site operations across warehousing, inventory, procurement, internal logistics, cleaning, grounds, waste, and contractor services—supporting uninterrupted production performance.

Key Responsibilities
Warehousing & Inventory Control
* Lead site warehousing operations across materials, packaging, and consumables
* Ensure inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts, and variance investigations
* Maintain compliance with QA, food safety, and storage standards
Procurement & Planning
* Manage procurement of indirect materials, consumables, services, and contractors
* Drive supplier performance, cost control, and continuity of supply
* Monitor usage trends and support forecasting and planning
Site Logistics & Internal Transport
* Oversee internal logistics including materials movement, yard operations, and forklift activity
* Ensure safe, efficient traffic flow, loading/unloading, and staging areas
* Coordinate across production, maintenance, and dispatch teams
Site Services & Facilities
* Lead cleaning, hygiene, grounds, waste, and general site services teams
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
* Manage external service providers and contractors
People, Safety & Compliance
* Lead and develop teams and contractors across multiple functions
* Champion WHS compliance and a strong safety-first culture
* Manage risk, incidents, audits, and corrective actions
Reporting & Improvement
* Monitor KPIs including cost, inventory accuracy, contractor performance, and safety
* Manage budgets and drive cost efficiency initiatives
* Lead continuous improvement across site operations
About You
* Experience in operations, logistics, warehousing or site services leadership
* Strong people management and contractor oversight capability
* Solid understanding of WHS, compliance, and operational risk
* Experience with ERP/inventory systems and reporting tools
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and improvement mindset
