Expression Audiology is seeking an experienced Senior Audiologist to join our dedicated team delivering transformational hearing services to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals across Victoria.
This is a full-time role with two days per week based at our Geelong clinic and three days per week at Collingwood.

About the Role
You are a professional client-centred Audiologist with a passion for delivering meaningful evidence-based care. You will be part of a highly experienced team contributing your expertise to drive quality outcomes and service growth across our clinical network.
You will bring :
* Postgraduate qualifications in Audiology full membership with Audiology Australia and at least five years clinical experience in adult rehabilitation.
* Expertise in a specialist area such as Lyric fitting auditory processing assessment or tinnitus habituation therapies.
* An understanding of and respect for the Deaf community.
* The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
* Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills.
* A current drivers licence and willingness to travel to outreach locations.
* Conversational Auslan proficiency or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
* A proactive and positive approach to innovation community engagement and service promotion.
Desirable Experience
* Experienced in ear wax removal techniques
* Experience supporting NDIS participants including candidacy assessment and assistive technology applications.
* Background in Hearing Conservation or occupational audiology programs.
* Experience working with clients with dual sensory (Deafblind) needs.
