What You'll Be Doing
* Client Relations: Be the main point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they stay informed on campaigns and performance.
* Campaign Management: Manage digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and achieves optimal results.
* Collaboration: Work closely with specialist teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
* Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and gather insights to optimise future strategies.
* Problem Solving: Handle challenges and maintain client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: 2-4 years of account management experience in digital marketing.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency at keeping clients informed and engaged while building lasting relationships.
* Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Problem Solver: Strong creative problem‐solving abilities.
* Team Player: Collaborates well with others and can also lead when necessary.
