About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our leadership team as an Office Manager. This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, streamlining workflows, managing resource allocation, and coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business.
* Team Leadership & HR: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage admin staff while supporting performance and productivity.
* Client Relations & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage inspection schedules, and handle reporting.
* Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and WHS requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Financial Administration: Process accounts payable/receivable, manage petty cash, assist with payroll, and support budget reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office management role.
* Experience in the aged care, disability, or healthcare sector is preferred.
* Qualification in Business Administration or related field (Certificate IV or higher preferred).
