About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client growth, working with SMEs (5–80 employees) to deliver outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions. This is a true new business role where your success is directly rewarded. Experience in a value-based sales is important. No industry experience? No problem, we prefer that you don't. We invest heavily in training, onboarding including a dedicated induction at our Sydney HQ.
What you'll be doing
* Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and self-sourced opportunities
* Attend qualified appointments from your dedicated Telemarketing partner, plus your own pipeline
* Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Develop relationships with referrers and introducers to unlock new opportunities
* Consistently deliver against quarterly sales targets and thrive in a high-energy, high-performance sales environment

* Experience in B2B sales or business development
* A driven, self-starting hunter mentality
* Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
* Proven ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
