About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to drive our Trade Store network's customer service excellence, safety, and commercial success. As a Network Area Manager, you will lead a group of stores with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring compliance with store standards, policies, and inventory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and coach store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding customer service
* Drive market share and profitable sales growth using insights and reporting tools
* Champion a safety-first culture by communicating expectations and managing safety outcomes across the region
* Evaluate store performance against set standards and implement improvement plans as needed
