Company carWe are seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in civil infrastructure projects - the key experience we're looking for is in earthworks, land clearing, drainage and underground services, personnel management, and client relations.You'll be managing all aspects of one or more Wormall projects located in the WA Southwest region (Australind to Margaret River).
It'll be your goal to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You'll work closely with project managers, Health & Safety, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.Role Responsibilities:Supervising one or multiple projects simultaneouslyManaging construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, machine operators including selection and coordination of sub-contractorsOrganising materials & machinery and ensuring workforce, machinery & materials are in the right place, at the right timeAllocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintainedProactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to all practices, policies, procedures and in accordance with statutory and local Shire regulationsLead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checksAny other site leadership requirements that may arise.Requirements for the position:Relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects - subdivision exp. is highly regardedValid Drivers LicenceExperience leading, inspiring, and mentoring peopleCert IV in Civil Construction (or currently undertaking)White Card / Construction InductionAble to use standard programs such as MS Outlook, Project, Excel, WordMust live in the Bunbury to Margaret river areaTogether We DeliverWormall Civil has been in operation for 40 years and has built a reputation becoming a leading Western Australian Civil Construction company that strives to provide excellence in engineering, construction, and project management services.We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region.
