About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Adermina Pty Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and their families.
* Direct Care: Directing care provided by nursing and personal care staff to consumers, giving direct nursing care to consumers with particular emphasis on those persons with complex and/or changing health care needs.
* Care Documentation: Ensuring that the care process and outcomes are accurately documented in accordance with procedures.

* Privacy and Dignity: Maintaining a physical and psychosocial environment that ensures the privacy, dignity, individuality, and rights of consumers.
* Healthcare Decisions: Assisting consumers to make informed healthcare decisions and demonstrating responsibility for care practice.
* Nursing Needs Assessment: Work with other staff to identify the nursing needs of consumers and to formulate care plans in consultation with consumers/representatives which are subject to ongoing assessment and evaluation.
* Supervision: Supervising and coordinating the work of Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers.
* WHS Compliance: Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
Requirements:
* NDIS Clearance: Must provide a NDIS worker screening clearance that is dated not more than five years old to enable the assessment of whether the employee is suitable to provide care under the Aged Care Act.
* Immunizations: Must comply with having annual flu vaccination and be fully immunized against COVID-19.
* Criminal History: Must sign a statutory declaration to identify serious criminal activity committed outside of Australia.
* Code of Conduct: Must comply with Adermina Pty Ltd's Code of Conduct.
* Experience: Two years of on-the-job experience.
* Transportation: Own transportation.
* Team Player: Loves to work in a great team environment.
