About the opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our WA team.
* Responsible for ensuring the safe execution of daily planned maintenance and breakdown works.
* Implement the maintenance plan to the agreed standards – maximising equipment availability, reliability, productivity and reducing maintenance costs while maintaining accurate and consistent maintenance records for all plant and equipment.
* Supervise and manage contractor maintenance teams; ensure insurances and training are up to date and that all Holcim policies and procedures are being complied with at all times.

About You
* Tertiary qualifications in maintenance or mechanical engineering will be highly regarded.
* Trade, engineering, frontline management qualifications will be well regarded.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment will be highly regarded.
* Previous Supervisory experience ideally in Industrial/ Building Materials/ Construction manufacturing related environments.
* Sound understanding of equipment reliability concepts.
* Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems including motors, AC drives, PLC's and control circuits.
* Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
* Experience in preventative maintenance.
* Experience in running and coordinating maintenance workshops.
* Sound understanding of SHE systems.
* Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.
* Experience using SAP or similar.
* Must be prepared to work overtime as required.
