Are you an experienced Payroll Manager seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and lead the management of international payrolls.
The successful candidate will oversee the administration of the end-to-end pay cycle across multiple payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our staff. They will also be responsible for monitoring service level agreements and key performance indicators with our managed service payroll provider.
This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work from our Cardiff or Bath office three days a week and from home two days a week. The salary range for this position is competitive and based on experience.
* Lead the management of international payrolls
* Oversee the administration of the end-to-end pay cycle
* Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators
* Partner with internal and external auditors
Key qualifications for this role include:
* 5+ years experience in payroll administration
* 2+ years experience in management
* Competent IT skills
* International payroll experience
* CIPP qualified (part or full)
