Key Responsibilities:
* Perform late night and early morning shifts
* Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
* Apply knowledge of baking theory and techniques
* Work with natural fermentation and yeasted dough processes
We require experienced bakers and pastry chefs who are passionate about traditional baking techniques, HACCP and OHS/WHS understanding, and ability to work under pressure.
