Business Operations Administrator
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our business, ensuring seamless day-to-day administration functions. This includes managing the office environment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing administrative key dates and timelines to ensure systems and documentation remain current.
* Supporting job scheduling, resource allocation, readiness, and internal on-boarding requirements.
* Resource mobilisation and travel and accommodation bookings.
* Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Payroll, and general bookkeeping using XERO.
* Procurement activities: site equipment, supplies, and services, inventory management (uniforms and workwear).
