Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role will support the delivery of engaging digital campaigns, content, and communications that strengthen our brand, support sales objectives, and enhance the experience of our residents and communities.
Based at our Subiaco Head Office, this role will require occasional travel to our village communities for events, content creation and engagement activities.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales and Marketing, this position will coordinate and support Arcadia Group's digital marketing environment, including websites, social media platforms, intranet communications and digital campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing executives, sales teams, village managers and external agencies to ensure our digital presence reflects the quality, warmth and professionalism of our communities.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
* Coordinate and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with Arcadia Group's brand and business objectives
* Develop engaging digital content including social media posts, website updates, video coordination and online communications
* Work with external agencies on SEO, Google Ads and digital optimisation initiatives
* Ensure all digital content is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand standards
Social Media & Website Management
* Manage and monitor social media channels including responding to enquiries and feedback
* Maintain and update websites, ensuring content is current, engaging and optimised for performance
* Track engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve reach and effectiveness
Internal Communications & Intranet
* Maintain marketing content on the company intranet
* Create internal communications that highlight marketing initiatives, events and achievements
Campaigns, Events & Reporting
* Support the rollout of corporate and village-specific campaigns and promotions
* Assist with reporting, presentations and analysis of marketing performance
* Work within budgets and recommend cost-effective marketing solutions
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships across village teams, sales, marketing and head office stakeholders
* Occasionally travel to village sites for events, content gathering and engagement
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
* Ideally 3–5 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role (property or retirement living experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong copywriting, communication and proofreading skills
* Experience with digital platforms including social media management, CMS systems (WordPress desirable) and analytics tools
* Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram and digital campaign coordination
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to learn
A current driver's licence is required due to occasional travel between sites.
