We are seeking a Junior School Receptionist who brings warmth, professionalism, and a polished presence to this highly visible, front-facing role. This is a 3-week temporary assignment, ideal for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.
About the role
As the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, you will set the tone for the Junior School experience being welcoming, organised, and impeccably presented. This is a role suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless, high-quality front office experience.
Responsibilities
* Providing a warm, professional welcome to students, parents, and visitors
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and daily reception enquiries with care and efficiency
* Coordinating student sign-ins/outs and supporting attendance processes
* Assisting with general administration and day-to-day coordination of the Junior School office
* Supporting staff and leadership with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Maintaining a calm, organised, and immaculate reception area at all times
