Overview
We have a great chance for a skilled HRIS Systems Analyst to join our People & Safety team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support reporting and analytics needs across People & Safety, while also providing subject matter expertise for our Group HRIS. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, reporting to the Group Manager, Reward and Systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and maintaining easy-to-use self-service reports for People and Safety data, helping the business make informed decisions.
- Designing and supporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SuccessFactors Report Centre, SQL, and PBI dashboards.
- Working closely with stakeholders to provide clear analysis that supports decision-making.
- Acting as a point of support between HR and system users for SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Report Centre, Learning).
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
About You
- Skilled with Power BI, SuccessFactors Report Centre, and working with large data sets.
- Experience in supporting and administering an integrated HR Information System; SuccessFactors knowledge is valuable, with Culture Amp exposure a plus.
- Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and organising your work to meet deadlines.
- Enjoy working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
