The Asset Management & Fleet Coordinator, situated within the Corporate Services Team at MASP's Pine Avenue office, assumes a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of MASP's assets. This includes the formulation of comprehensive asset management plans and ensuring optimal asset performance.
Responsibilities also include the vigilant management and review of the organisation's fleet requirements, oversight of corporate facilities contracts, establishment and maintenance of a prequalified contractor framework, participation in sourcing, assessing and procuring development sites for the expansion of the organisation's social housing portfolio, and involvement across the project spectrum from initiation to handover.
Expected commencing salary of $104,815.55 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non‐profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Diploma of Facilities Management or relevant field, or significant experience in the delivery of construction projects and asset management planning.
* Demonstrated experience and performance in a similar administration‐focused facility and asset management role.
* Experience in contract and contractor management.
* Administrative skills including the ability to plan, time‐manage, and implement projects and activities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Hold a current valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites (MASP fleet vehicles available for this purpose).
Highly desirable role‐specific skills, knowledge and experience
* Understanding of Asset Lifecycle Frameworks.
* Understanding the Community Housing Sector and tenants.
* Experience in managing and using specialist software systems for facility, asset and fleet management.
