The role
This is a senior position (Special Counsel or lateral partner level) for a commercial lawyer ready to step into a leadership role.
You will:
* Lead and develop an existing small commercial team
* Take ownership of established client relationships
* Convert internal referrals into broader commercial engagements
* Help scale the firm's commercial offering
Importantly, you are not expected to arrive with a large portable practice.
What matters more is your ability to build trusted client relationships, lead lawyers and grow work from an existing platform.

About you
Likely 8-15+ years PAE with a background in commercial law, corporate or transactions.
You are someone who:
* Builds strong relationships with clients
* Enjoys leading and mentoring lawyers
* Thinks commercially about client problems
* Is ready for a bigger platform without starting from scratch
