**The Role**
- Property Manager required to manage a portfolio of roughly 120 properties
- Properties all within close proximity to the office
- **No routines, no leasing, no trust accounting, & no BDM**:
- Loads of support from the Leasing Officer, Administrator, and knowledgeable Head of Department
- Virtual Assistants for extra administrative support
- Cloud-based software used

**The Requirements**
- At least 1-2+ years experience as a Property Manager
- Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license
