Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
* Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
* Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
* Assisting with the training of staff
