Remuneration: $ $51.09 Per Hour + Super + Salary Packaging

Location: Armidale Hospital

Employment Type: Various - Temporary Part Time until July 2026, Permanent Full time and Part time positions available

Where you'll be working:

Join our 32-bed General Medical Unit located in the stunning highlands of NSW — a region known for its fresh air, natural beauty, and welcoming community. Our unit is staffed by a young, bright, and compassionate team of nurses dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

About the role:

You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment providing care across a diverse case mix including Palliative Care, Rehabilitation, Acute Stroke, Aged Care, Cognitively Impaired, Cardiac Telemetry, and General Medical patients. Your role will contribute to a strong multi-disciplinary model focused on excellent patient outcomes.

About you:

* Acute care trained Registered Nurse with recent experience in a similar setting
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
* Able to adapt to a mixed clinical workload with professionalism and resilience
* Works effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team

Requirements:

* Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Recent acute care experience
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
