Territory Manager Role Overview
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and making a meaningful impact within the Orthopaedic devices market. Your primary focus will be on the extremities space, specifically upper limb. You will receive comprehensive support and training around our product to ensure your success and the delight of our customers' success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve revenue targets by identifying and securing business from new and existing surgeons.
* Provide expert in-theatre support to Orthopaedic surgeons for relevant procedures.
* Build strategic relationships with key surgeons and their nursing staff through training, education, and clinical case support.
* Ensure that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guides tailored to each customer's needs.
Key Qualifications:
* A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing, or Bachelor of Science.
* Experience working in a hospital environment with Orthopaedic surgeons is preferred; however, consideration will be given to individuals with a strong anatomy & physiology background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
* A valid driver's license and the right to work in Australia as local travel is required.
