Job Description:
The role of a Customer Liaison Officer is to provide exceptional customer service and support across multiple facilities. This includes coordinating customer service operations, managing bookings and administration, and overseeing cash handling and banking reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to manage competing priorities, and lead by example. They will also have a strong commitment to safety and compliance, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need to have:
* A current Food Safety Supervisor Certification
* A current NSW Working with Children Check
* A Class C Driver's Licence
* Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service role
* Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
* Proficiency in word processing, databases, and booking systems
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
