**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Based in Brisbane, as part of the Finance team, your role will be responsible for providing identifying, recommending and implementing improvements to inventory configuration in the Group's Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system in order to optimise inventory held at our factories.
**KEY FUNCTIONS**
- Accuracy of stock on hand.
- Review and management of MRP.
- Maintenance of MRP settings.
- Expediting intercompany Orders.
- Liaising with all Centor Sites to ensure in full on time delivery.
- Continual assessment of inventory holdings for the Group operations.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS**
- Assist with Customs Clearances.
- Review Export / Import duties.
- Compare Freight providers.
- Monitor and report on shipping lead times and freight costs.
- Contribute to projects relating to inventory holdings for new products and run-down of replacement products.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
Tertiary degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field, and/or minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
**ATTRIBUTES**
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement documentation and processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact and negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Collaborative and able to work effectively within a team, fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY**
Familiarity with procurement software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
