Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our Urban Development team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful projects and advancing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role offers the opportunity to develop budgets, prepare fee proposals, oversee design programs, and lead project coordination with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
* Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation
* 15+ years' experience in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects
* Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes
* Understanding of brownfield projects, water environments, and water resource management
* Proficient in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project
* Experienced in QA processes and design reviews
