Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager to oversee our restaurant operations, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
1. Shift Management including training and development of staff members.
2. Setting goals and action plans for the restaurant within established parameters.
3. Maintaining outstanding customer service and operational standards each day.
4. Implementing and following up on Food Safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.
5. Overseeing and managing staff with selected department responsibilities.
6. Achieving financial targets through effective budget management.
7. Maintaining WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant.
8. Ensuring security is strictly adhered to at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in achieving McDonald's KPI historical results/performance.
* Ability to train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Proven staff management and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach.
* Impeccable presentation and clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Focus on policies and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
* Possession of a Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant experience in the industry.
