Job Title: Integrated Simulation and Clinical Skills Administrator
Job Description:
This role provides administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of clinical training programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be proactive, and have experience in simulation departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and planning scheduled simulation activities.
2. Supporting the logistics for delivery of bespoke simulation sessions.
3. Managing room bookings, equipment setup, and communication with faculty and participants.
4. Maintaining accurate records of training attendance and outcomes.
5. Maximising the use of our simulation facilities.
Main Duties of the Job:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Simulation and Clinical Skills Team.
2. Ensure excellent communication and coordination with a range of organisations, individuals, and official bodies.
3. Record and minute incoming requests via email or telephone.
4. Use initiative to prioritise your own workload.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Administration experience.
* Experience running national courses (ARNI, ETC, ATLS or equivalent).
* Knowledge of NHS/Healthcare.
* Able to drive.
* Experience in simulation department UHS.
* Experience in medical education administration.
