Whether it's setting up a laptop, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, or patiently walking someone through how to use their phone – you'll be the calm in the chaos.?? What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of PCs, software, and tech peripherals Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to explain things clearly to customers of all experience levels Experience with printers, networking gear, digital cameras, and software setup Knowledge of Apple products is a strong bonus Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset Availability across retail hours, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays ??
