Safety/ Compliance Administrator
Location: Toowoomba
Salary Range: $85k - $95k + Super
A well-established civil contractor is seeking a Safety/ Compliance Administrator to support the management of its internal systems and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you will play a key role maintaining quality, compliance, and operational standards across the company.
With a workforce of approximately 40–50 staff, the organisation has recently achieved ISO Health & Safety certification and implemented an integrated management system that now requires ongoing coordination and maintenance.
Depending on experience, the position may also suit candidates with titles such as Document Controller, Compliance Administrator, Health & Safety Administrator, or Audit Scheduler.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating company documentation, ensuring systems remain compliant, organised, and up to date. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining ISO documentation and quality management systems
* Ensuring company documentation remains compliant and current
* Managing staff inductions and compliance documentation
* Conducting regular document reviews
* Scheduling and coordinating internal audits
* Managing general document control across the business
* Supporting compliance processes related to health, safety, and quality systems
About You
The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills and experience managing documentation or compliance processes within a structured environment.
You may have experience in areas such as:
* Document control or administration
* QA / compliance coordination
* Health & Safety administration
* Internal audit scheduling or support
* Managing structured documentation systems
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep systems organised and up to date will be essential. Previous experience in construction is advantageous but not essential.
