MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a Regional Insurance Manager to lead operations across NSW & ACT for a national loss adjusting business. Main responsibilities include:
* Oversee financial, operational, and service performance for New South Wales & ACT.
* Manage P&L, revenue targets, resource planning, and adjuster performance.
* Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.
* Maintain loss adjusting responsibilities while supporting business development.
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
* Coordinate responses to client feedback, complaints, and catastrophic events.
* Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.
* Lead regional projects and contribute to broader business strategy.
The ideal candidate:
* Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related field preferred
* Proven background in loss adjusting and business operations.
* Experienced people leader who thrives on mentoring and supporting high-performing teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Brings a can-do attitude, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve
* A valid driver's license is essential.
