About the Role
This is a dual-role position involving both front office reception and housekeeping tasks. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team where flexibility and a positive attitude are key. No two days are the same, and your contribution will directly impact the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in hotel front office or housekeeping roles is highly regarded
Ability to manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
Strong attention to detail in both guest service and room presentation
Willingness to assist with cleaning and room servicing as needed
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A friendly, can-do attitude and team spirit
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); RMS knowledge is a bonus
Well-presented and reliable with a genuine passion for hospitality
