Infrastructure Project Manager
This is a significant period of growth, and we are seeking a talented Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Adelaide team.
In this role, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects across various sectors, including roads, rail, water infrastructure, land development, and building-related civil works.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engineering design, calculations, technical specifications, and reports.
* Leading and managing design teams to meet technical, quality, and delivery standards.
* Planning and executing engineering tasks across concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases.
* Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams locally and nationally to deliver project outcomes.
* Engaging with project managers, design managers, and clients to provide updates and prepare well-structured proposals and documentation.
* Reviewing designs to ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and project requirements.
* Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the development of the discipline group.
* Assisting in the preparation of bids and tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* CPEng preferred.
* Experience working within an engineering consulting environment.
* Experience working in a broad range of infrastructure projects within a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Previous experience in Civil Infrastructure for projects in one or more of the defence, building civil, and transport sectors is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with relevant standards and design guidelines to the civil engineering discipline.
* The ability to obtain chartership within a reasonable agreed time frame.
* A practical knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
* Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance.
