Construction Services Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Services Project Manager to lead the delivery of cost-effective services construction projects.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership, project management, and client management skills. As a Construction Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to procure services consultants and subcontractors;
* Managing services design and procurement programs;
* Overseeing subcontractor work and adjusting schedules to meet project goals;
* Governing rectification of issues raised by stakeholders and managing sub-contractor claims;
* Delivering monthly progress reports and pursuing green building/sustainability requirements.
You will have extensive experience in services engineering or coordination, with prior experience working with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial building services projects. You will also have a strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA), as well as building services requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have well-developed skills in planning, project management, client management, negotiation, collaboration, and communication. You will also need to be able to expose yourself to the bidding process.

Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent trade background;
* Extensive experience in services engineering or coordination;
* Prior experience working with Tier 1 or 2 builders on large commercial building services projects;
* Strong understanding of the NCC/BCA and building services requirements.
