We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our HR team and drive strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the Human Resources department and develop high-performing teams
* Demonstrate business acumen at senior levels, driving results-oriented strategies
* Develop and implement process improvements and optimize employee life-cycle processes
* Design and deliver growth plans aligned with business objectives
* Oversee end-to-end employee experience, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding
* Formulate and execute organisational and people strategies that drive success
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of strong experience in People and Culture or HR
* Influence change management and drive business outcomes
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
* Improve processes and streamline solutions, focusing on efficiency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a sense of urgency
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills
