The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Optimisation Lead to join our People Technology team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of our Dayforce platform, with a strong focus on payroll and workforce management (WFM) capability.
You will play a key role in driving system enhancement, improving user experience, and ensuring our HR systems are aligned to the evolving needs of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
System Optimisation & Enhancement
* Evaluate system updates and identify opportunities to enhance functionality
* Prioritise and manage enhancement requests aligned to business needs
* Develop and maintain a roadmap for future system improvements
* Provide recommendations to governance forums on system direction
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
* Translate business needs into system requirements
* Provide updates on enhancement delivery and project progress
System & Data Management
* Oversee the effective operation of all modules including payroll and WFM.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support configuration changes and implementation of new policies
* Maintain strong system governance, including security and access controls
Training & Support
* Develop and maintain training materials and user resources
* Deliver training sessions and support system adoption across the business
* Act as the escalation point for complex system queries and issues
What You Bring
* Proven experience working with Dayforce (or equivalent HCM platform)
* Strong understanding of payroll, workforce management, and HR systems
* Experience in HRIS/ERP system optimisation and enhancement delivery
* Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements
* Experience in project management and roadmap delivery

* Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
* Ability to balance technical delivery with business priorities
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management (desirable)
