About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day ro day running of the ALPA store. This full time position is based in a remote community in the NT
Responsibilities
1. Manage the day to day operations of the Retail store and takeaway shop
2. Develop, train and mentor local staff
3. Manage and forecast sale growth of the store
4. Stock management – replenish, stocktake, order
5. Administration duties – rostering, emails, reconciliations
6. Liaising with key community stakeholders regarding the store
7. Liaise with the internal stakeholders for healthy food choices in the takeaway shop
Skills and Experience
8. Demonstrated experience in Retail Management and/or Hospitality Management
9. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in forecasting, analysis and staff rostering
10. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Computer literate
13. Stock inventory control and management
