The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diving into data with precision and purpose to uncover insights that drive marketing strategies;- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven marketing initiatives- Developing and implementing data tracking and analysis methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns- Using your analytical expertise to optimise marketing performance and enhance the customer experience- Setting up and managing analytics across platforms utilising tracking and tagging- Working closely with stakeholders within the business including the wider Marketing team and the leadership team to provide market insights across all channels- Supporting the technical requirements from business briefs through to implementation- Developing, managing, executing and optimising our business SEO strategy- Developing strong stakeholder relationships with our internal stakeholders and external agencies- Developing dashboards to support marketing teams with campaign and channel reporting for pre-campaign planning and post activity evaluation.
About you- Experience as a Marketing Analyst, managing business demands through reporting and analytics- Proven experience in reporting and analytics- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies- Website management, including setting up new accounts for our retirement villages (Google Analytics, GMB, social media etc)- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practice as well as common SEO tools (SEMRush, ahrefs or comparable)- Experience working with and managing the Google Suite (Google Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business etc)- Strong stakeholder management skills- Having a proactive, positive and flexible approach- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workflow to meet business demands.- Highly motivated to succeed in a growing digital space.
