Approx. $35 p/h | Full-time | Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm (or Mon‑Thu 8am‑4:30pm, Fri 8am‑12pm)
We are seeking a skilled Administration Assistant with strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis & reporting). You will work closely with the business owner, manage tasks independently, and support overall business operations. Prior Executive Assistant experience is a bonus but not essential.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years admin experience preferred
* Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
* Confident communicator and highly organised
* Experience in invoicing highly regarded
* Ability to manage priorities and support business operations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Highly organised, proactive, and team‑oriented
* Experience in admin tasks such as document management & reporting
* Passion for sustainability and organic products highly valued
