About the Opportunity
As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Polymer Chemistry/Physics/Engineering, you will contribute to a project focused on biopolymer films and composite materials within a vibrant research community at the University of Queensland.

The appointed candidate will work through the Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN), with one position based at AIBN and the other working primarily with collaborating chief investigators at The Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI).
Requirements
To be successful, you must have:
* A PhD in polymer chemistry/physics/engineering or a related field.
* Experience in polymer physical chemistry or engineering, including biopolymers.
* Expertise in polymer characterisation techniques.
* Evidence of publications in reputable refereed journals and presenting at conferences.
* A high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
