At PwC Australia, the People Experience team are dedicated to continuously enhancing the people experience across the people journey with the goal of making PwC Australia the 'best place to work'. As a People Experience and Insights Manager, you'll play a vital role in the Partnership, People and Culture team activating key data-driven initiatives within the team and providing governance to CoEs to ensure a seamless and connected experience aligned with the People Value Proposition and Moments that Matter.

What you'll do:

* People Listening Strategy: Work alongside and support People Experience Lead to design and execute a new firmwide listening strategy, focusing on key 'Moments that Matter' across the people journey.
* Generate insights: Bring together data from key listening points to generate insights and support data driven decisions that inform our people strategy.
* People Value Proposition (PVP): Play a lead role in the ongoing embedment of our new global PVP, supporting teams across the firm to bring the PVP to life across the people journey.
* Stakeholder partnership: Work alongside internal teams including People Insights, People Systems and the broader People & Culture community, optimising these relationships and working collaboratively to support the delivery of the listening strategy and other initiatives.
* Optimise our use of technology: Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to maximise the use of available technology and consider future tech and AI opportunities as they relate to People Experience.

What we're looking for:

* Data Analysis: Proficient in analysing quantitative and qualitative people data.
* Insight Generation: Ability to translate data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform people priorities and decision-making.
* HR Tools experience: Comfortable navigating survey platforms and data visualization tools.
* Critical Thinking: Applies logical reasoning to evaluate data validity and relevance, ensuring decisions and recommendations are evidence-based.
* Reporting and Presentation: Strong capability to create comprehensive reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Project & Change Management: Proven experience leading and supporting people-related projects, with a strong understanding of change management practices to effectively drive transformation.
* HC/OD experience: a solid understanding of the end to end employee journey, with curiosity about what motivates people and what creates a great experience at work.
