Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity
As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the value and cost of complex M&E projects at various stages of project delivery.
This role involves overseeing risk and change processes, collaborating with legal teams to create agreements and contract documentation, and providing commercial advice and support to clients while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have completed a recognized RICS or equivalent course. You should also have experience working on commercial M&E projects and building services, with a strong understanding of pre-construction and project delivery processes.
