Key Responsibilities:
* Support technical development of WTG technicians.
* Support WTG CSC's & Customer training as required.
* Devise technical training programs according to organisational requirements.
* Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, vehicles, components etc.).
* Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
* Perform on-the-job training/guidance and mentoring for individual dealership support requirements if required.
* Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
* Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
* Mentor and guide staff with Navigator training and eLearning requirements.
* Collaborate with industry partners to align training with current market needs.
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (or willing to obtain qualification).
* Proven experience as a Trainer or a similar role within the industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel frequently to various locations as required.
