Base pay range: A$32.79/hr - A$35.63/hr
Remuneration: $32.79 - $35.63 per hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging
About the role
Armidale Emergency Department (ED) are excited to recruit Enrolled Nurses into their team as part of the Safe Staffing rollout. This is a great opportunity for Enrolled Nurses with experience in emergency nursing to use their passion and motivation to support the multidisciplinary team in ED, whilst experiencing the benefits that come from Safe Staffing; including safer workloads in clinical areas, better conditions that allow you to provide high-quality care, and a team culture that is able to prioritise the health and wellbeing of their staff.
You won't be working alone – you will be provided with a thorough orientation process including supernumerary days and will also be supported by the Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse Educators and the Nurse Unit Manager. The ED team is welcoming, supportive and collaborative and ready for you to join. Staff are encouraged and supported to pursue ongoing professional development and education opportunities.
Where you'll be working
Armidale is the main hub of the New England High Country and a well-regarded regional location, known for its heritage and community. Armidale is a five-and-a-half-hour drive from Sydney and less than 90 minutes from Tamworth, with daily flights between Sydney and Armidale taking under an hour. The area is surrounded by forests, mountains and national parks.

Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
