Café / Restaurant Manager

Soak Hospitality is growing.
We operate one of the Pilbara's most recognised hospitality venues, known for quality food, strong systems, premium catering and high-volume service. With continued expansion into events and multi-site operations, we are now seeking an experienced Café / Restaurant Manager to lead from the front.
This is not a "keep the lights on" role.
This is a leadership position for someone who wants to build something.
The Role
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while working closely with the directors to drive performance, team culture and profitability.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing front of house teams
* Driving service standards and guest experience
* Managing rosters and labour cost control
* Monitoring daily revenue targets and wage percentages
* Overseeing stock control and ordering
* Training supervisors and building leadership depth
* Working collaboratively with the Head Chef
* Supporting catering and event execution
* Maintaining compliance and operational systems
You will understand that hospitality is about energy, standards and leadership — not just ticking boxes.
About You
You are:
* An experienced Restaurant or Café Manager (minimum 2–3 years in a leadership role)
* Confident running high-volume service
* Strong with numbers, wage control and P&L awareness
* Calm under pressure
* Direct, honest and solutions-focused
* Passionate about building team culture
* Comfortable being accountable
You do not hide in the office.
You lead from the floor.
