The role of Graphic & Copy Manager is a pivotal position within the Marketing team, responsible for leading hands-on creative graphic design and overseeing the Graphics & Copy teams' contributions to go-to-market stories, campaigns, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end creation of multimedia marketing assets;
* Review and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and design quality;
* Ensure cohesive integration of design, copy, photography, and animation;
* Oversee creative output of in-house designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams;
* Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team;
* Support team skill development and growth;
* Support scalability through documentation, process improvement, and resource management;
* Participate in interviewing and hiring to build a strong team;
* Manage project traffic and workload for timely delivery.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position, with demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve set goals. Retail graphic design experience is preferred, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Impeccable organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
