About the role

We are seeking a part-time/ full time Admin Assistant to join our team at Stroud Homes Northern Beaches in Willoughby, NSW. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our client-facing sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and providing prompt and courteous customer service
2. Scheduling and managing appointments and client meetings
3. Maintaining and updating client records and database
4. Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
5. Providing general administrative support, such as filing, printing, and photocopying.
6. Supporting the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a sales or client-facing environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
5. Experience in CRM Pipedive ( not essential but a plus)
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
7. A positive, helpful, and proactive attitude
